Bardon House 2
This project, in the front yard of a 1930s house in Bardon, creates a series of new habitable spaces that are usually reserved for the backyard: a verandah to the master bedroom, a stair that terminates in a seat, a patio off a living space, and a pergola for hanging a bird cage!

These spaces encourage the use of the front yard, and re-connect the house with the street.
